
The 9th International Conference on Computer Information Science and Application Technology (CISAT 2026) Successfully Concluded in Chengdu
From July 3 to 5, 2026, the 9th International Conference on Computer Information Science and Application Technology (CISAT 2026) was successfully held at Chengdu Xiangyu Hotel. Hosted by Sichuan University and organized by its College of Computer Science (School of Software), the conference brought together experts and scholars from multiple universities and research institutions nationwide for in-depth discussions on cutting-edge fields such as computer information science and artificial intelligence.

At the opening ceremony, Professor Qijun Zhao, Associate Dean of the College of Computer Science (School of Software) at Sichuan University, presided over the session. On behalf of the host, the opening address was delivered, extending a warm welcome to all participating experts and scholars, and emphasizing that the conference aimed to build a high-level academic exchange platform to foster innovative momentum for the development of computer information science and applied technology.

Following that, Ms. Li Lu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Computer Science (School of Software) at Sichuan University, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the host. She expressed her sincere welcome to the domestic and international experts and scholars who had traveled from afar, and extended her heartfelt gratitude to all friends from various sectors who have long cared for and supported the development of Sichuan University. She noted that after eight successful editions, the CISAT series has established itself as a vital platform for showcasing cutting-edge achievements, sparking scholarly dialogue, and promoting international collaboration. She highlighted that this year's conference covered multiple trending topics including intelligent computing, computer vision, and natural language processing, and expressed her hope that the participants would engage in deep discussions to collectively advance the field of computer information science.

In the afternoon, the Young Scholars Oral Presentation session was held simultaneously in both on-site and online venues.
